Breuss massage
It is a gentle, sensitive, energetic back and spine massage that significantly releases physical, psychological and mental blockages.
Breuss massage significantly regenerates and nourishes
the intervertebral discs and is thus the key to solving many musculoskeletal problems, especially in the lower back and lumbar region. According to Rudolf Breuss, there are no destroyed or worn-out discs, only degenerated ones. And these can be restored with frequent massage.
With Breuss spinal massage, the vertebrae are actually moved apart with various special strokes to give the disc space and St. John's wort oil is massaged in. This helps to swell the intervertebral discs and relax the nerves that exit the spinal area to the whole body.
During the Breuss massage, acupressure points are also automatically treated,
which are the origin of the organ connections and are located along the spine. By activating these points, in addition to significantly relaxing the spine and eliminating back pain, various psychological blockages are often resolved.

Course of massage
Once you are ready, you will be asked to lie on your stomach under the sheet. How much you undress depends on your comfort level, but the area to be massaged must be exposed.
In a Breuss massage, only the back is massaged. After a gentle massage, tissue paper is placed on the spine and the hands are gradually placed over it to help absorb the St. John's wort oil.
